"You can't advocate effectively without every voice in the room," This is the belief at the heart of one of our employee resource groups (ERGs). As we reflect on Women’s History Month, we spoke with the leaders of the Women's Impact Network ERG, Marie Nelson and Adileh Sharieff, who work tirelessly to create space for others to grow, lead, and thrive. The next era of leadership is already here. Women’s History Month is a moment to recognize the leaders shaping what comes next. And yesterday’s International Women’s Day was a reminder of how far that leadership reaches. At Creative Group, the women on our team shape how we think, how we lead, and how we show up for one another. They lead with clarity, conviction, and heart—and create cultures where belonging is simply how work gets done. In a recent blog, several of our women leaders share their perspectives on navigating our industry, building influence, and creating opportunities for the next generation. Because progress doesn’t happen by accident. It happens when people decide to lead it. Grateful to work alongside such remarkable women at Creative Group, Inc.. In honor of International Women’s Day, we shared some of the lessons that have shaped our careers. One reflection I shared about advice I’d give women thinking about their careers is a message I deeply believe: Just start. Don’t wait until you feel ready—you’ll never feel completely ready. One of the biggest secrets I can share is that most people don’t have it all figured out. They’re learning as they go. Confidence isn’t something you have before you begin; it’s something you build by doing. Say yes to the stretch role. Raise your hand for the opportunity. Don’t wait until you meet every qualification or have every answer. You grow into capability by stepping into it. Stay curious. Pay attention to where you can add value and trust your instincts — they’re often stronger than you think. A mentor (shout out Kari McGrath) once gifted me an Eleanor Roosevelt quote that sits on my desk and continues to inspire me: “You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face… You must do the thing you think you cannot do.” That’s the path. Do the thing that scares you a little. That’s where strength and confidence are built. This advice has served me well. I hope it helps inspire you and a new generation of rising talent! #InternationalWomensDay #Leadership #Mentor #LetsThrive
