Hosted some of our Fieldguide customers for a night with celebrity chef Fabio Viviani last night. Cooking, dinner, and conversations that had nothing to do with software. There's something that happens when you get out of the conference room and eat gnocchi together. People relax. The conversation shifts. You stop talking about roadmaps and timelines and start talking about what's actually going on at the firm, what's keeping people up at night, what they're excited about both personally and professionally. Some of the most valuable things I've learned from our customers come from moments like this. We invest in these experiences because the relationships matter. Always have, always will. The firms we work with aren't just customers. They're the people shaping what we build and where this industry goes. Great night. Great food. Even better company.
