Blitzscaling Ventures is proud to invest in Ando an AI Platform for hourly workers to find employment with restaurants, retailers, and hospitality companies, led by Paul Wellons. We backed Ando because it fixes a broken scheduling system for hourly workers and employers by using AI to forecast demand and match workers to shifts more accurately. Instead of relying on manual planning and guesswork, Ando uses real data from past shifts to improve decisions over time. Every shift completed on the platform strengthens its ability to match workers and employers more effectively. We believe Ando has the potential to become a core platform for how hourly work is organized. Link to full post in comments

Most HR and Finance teams I speak to don’t ask for more tools. They ask for more time. Time not spent answering repetitive questions, manually approving expenses, and digging for data. That’s the problem we’re focused on solving with AI at Factorial. If you’re interested in what we’ve built, you can see it here: https://okt.to/aTex98

We just ran a takeoff test: STACK’s AI finished in 3 minutes 💥. A “cheaper” tool took 41 minutes 🐌. That’s not a small gap, that’s a 13x slowdown! STACK helps contractors cut bid time in half. Why pay more in labor for work AI can do instantly? Learn more ➡️ https://lnkd.in/egkkUcwf

Everyone talks about AI agents like they're magic. Kaira works because our ClickUp data was already structured to answer the question she's asking. AI agents don't create intelligence. They surface it. If the structure isn't there, neither is the output. Kaira is a Super Agent we built specifically to report on hourly retainer consumption. Every week, she pulls the hours allocated for each client, the hours consumed across all their work tickets, and surfaces where we stand. What used to take me over 30 minutes per client, every week, now doesn't involve me at all. What made this possible wasn't the agent. It was the architecture underneath her. Each retainer client has milestones representing monthly iterations. The actual work lives as subtasks inside those milestones. Every ticket has time estimates tracked against it. And a single custom field, Hours Allocation, tells Kaira exactly what each client signed up for this month. That's not a complex setup. It's just intentional. Most companies can't deploy something like this yet, and it's not because Super Agents aren't capable. It's because their ClickUp isn't structured to answer the questions they're trying to ask. The agent is ready. The data usually isn't. Does your ClickUp data actually answer your most important operational questions right now? #ClickUp #SuperAgents #AI

I've been using Notion custom agents for a few weeks now at Nifty - this is probably the highest impact use case for me so far: A Sunday digest... Every Sunday at 6pm, Notion reviews the past 7 days of my client work (meetings, notes, tasks, slacks, emails, etc) and smushes the most important insights into a doc: 1. Executive Summary 2. This Week’s Priorities 3. Decisions Required 4. Ambiguity Log 5. Risk & Opportunities 6. Recommended Actions Come Monday morning, it helps me focus on what matters. This is the value of centralising your work in tools like Notion or Airtable. Any other must-have agents out there? 🤖 #notion #lowcode #agenticai #ai #customagents #airtable #agents #nocode

My favorite Power Combo is AI Agents + the new Teams Hub. I use AI Agents to automatically assign tasks based on team capacity, priorities, and deadlines, and the Teams Hub gives me a clear overview of who’s available and where work is piling up. Before, I spent hours manually distributing tasks and checking workloads — now it’s done in seconds, and nothing slips through the cracks. This combo has made planning and execution faster, smarter, and stress-free. It’s amazing to see ClickUp 4.0’s AI seamlessly working with team insights — giving us more time to focus on solving real problems instead of admin work. What’s your favorite Power Combo in ClickUp 4.0? #ClickUp #Productivity #PowerCombo #AIProductivity #TeamsHub #BrainAgent

Slapping AI-powered on everything while solving zero real problems. Collecting oceans of user info for “experience” but mostly for monetization. Turning every human moment into a KPI. Automating without asking whether it improves outcomes or just cuts payroll. Corporate mission statements that sound like they were written by a committee of buzzwords. This doesn’t have to be chaos. Sometimes it’s just asking: Who does this actually help? Who doesn’t it harm? And who profits?
