Now let's jump into Topic Actions. Like we talked about in the previous section, you have your topics, the topics are then classified, and the agent will then go to the instructions and the configuration of the topic. Now the other side of the coin for topics are going to be the actions. So what the heck are the agents actually going to do within Salesforce? So there are various actions that can be done. You can have the agent perform various apex actions that have been pre-built out and are ready to go. So this would be used in case of there being some type of complex business issue that can't be done with a flow or with any other type of tool that is not code. Another action that you can have is an API action. So where you are going to call to an external service, such as the example that we've been going with for, hey, what is the tracking information here from a third party system?
