- [Instructor] In this video, we're going to discuss output. You can output your document set either to a print device or to a PDF. In this video, I am going to demonstrate using a PDF, but the process is very similar if you choose an output device. So you can find both methods right up here on the quick access toolbar. Here's the Print command. That's what you would choose if you want to go to a print device, and right next to it is PDF. You can also find both of those on the File menu. Here's Print, and then here's Export, PDF. So it doesn't really matter which location you choose. You're going to get the same result either way. Now under Export Range at the top, you've got options for the current window, which would be just what you see on screen would get exported. The visible portion of the current window, which is useful if you want to zoom in on an area and only print that one area instead of the entire view.
