- Now, we are heading onto the final stages of the process and the real test. Who is going to have an interest in your product or service? Step 10, developing strategic partnerships is where you can actually start to see your idea coming to life and it's the time when you start to seek out strategic partners. Based on our sample timeline of September to June, around mid-May the entrepreneurial presents their idea to the 360 blueprint committee. Remember, this committee is comprised of business leads throughout the company, and by presenting your idea to the committee, the entrepreneur receives two benefits. First, this is a great dress rehearsal leading up to prototype demo day, which is the next step. By presenting your idea to business leads in the company, the entrepreneur will get feedback on how to present their idea in a tight 90 second pitch.
