We'll want to be sure that our Firefly-generated assets are well-organized, formatted to spec, and ready for distribution. Here are some ways to do that. Firstly, document the full design process for Firefly-generated assets, including prompt iterations, testing, stakeholder feedback, and revisions. This provides a clear record for future reference, audits, or certification purposes. As designers, we all know that file organization is incredibly important in a project. You'll want to maintain structured folders, consistent naming conventions, and version control. Name the files clearly to indicate their purpose, platform, and iteration. Of course, you'll want to choose the appropriate format for each asset based on its intended use. For instance, for social media content, you could have an optimized JPEG or PNG for the web, or an MP4 file for short videos.
