Firstly, document the full design process for Firefly-generated assets, including prompt iterations, testing, stakeholder feedback, and revisions. This provides a clear record for future reference, audits, or certification purposes. As designers, we all know that file organization is incredibly important in a project. You'll want to maintain structured folders, consistent naming conventions, and version control. Name the files clearly to indicate their purpose, platform, and iteration.
