Job Description:

Your passion for great creative and entrepreneurial curiosity knows no limits—copy, graphic design, video, photography, fashion, Instagram—you’re interested in all of it. You like to dream big but know that great work is the result of planning and teamwork. We’re going from a one person Wool&Prince creative team to a two person creative team with this hire. You will be the report into the Wool&Prince Art Director. Our sister brand, wool& also has additional creative team members. Candidates will need to be local to Portland, OR as this is a hybrid position, working at least three days in our office.

Responsibilities: (you don’t have to check all these boxes)

• Concept and create video campaigns, email campaigns, paid social, digital ads, content pages such as the homepage and PDPs
• Edit video
• Copywriting
• Photoshoot production 
• Creator Partnerships
• Source, vet, and manage relationships with creators and influencers that align with the brand across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
• Coordinate content creation, contracts, and deliverables.
• Execute partnership ads — from briefing creators to uploading content into ad platforms.
• Social media execution
• Support content planning and scheduling. 
• Post and engage across platforms.
• Comfort behind and in front of the camera. Shoot iphone quality video content with the team.
• Stay plugged into social media best practices, platform changes, and cultural trends.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of graphic design, art direction, branding work experience; with menswear experience a bonus.
• Hands-on skills in Photoshop and Figma.
• Video content creation and editing experience. Comfortable being on camera and shooting content, not just directing others.
• Experience working with tools such as Shopify, Dropbox, Google Sheets, Slack, Notion, Asana.
