We're looking for a Video Editor who brings both craft and instinct to every format. Someone who can move between a polished long-form piece and a platform-native short-form edit without losing quality or intention either way.
What You'll Do
Edit both long-form and short-form content across our portfolio of brands and ventures
Bring a strong editorial eye to hooks, pacing, transitions, narrative structure, and sound design
Collaborate with our creative team on storytelling angles, concepts, and execution
Shape raw footage into compelling, high-quality content - from full-length productions to platform-ready cuts for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube
Maintain a consistently high creative bar across every deliverable, regardless of format
What We're Looking For
A portfolio that demonstrates real range: long-form storytelling and short-form execution, both done with purpose
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
The ability to work from raw footage and own the edit from start to finish
Strong instincts around pacing, visual storytelling, and audience retention
Speed, reliability, and a clear creative point of view
Experience with premium brands, entertainment content, or creator-led campaigns is a plus
