We are partnering on a confidential search for 2 Video Editors to support the YouTube team of one of the most recognized names in technology. This team is in an active build phase, focused on shaping and scaling YouTube channels across a portfolio of flagship and emerging products.

This role is ideal for someone who understands YouTube natively. You know how to take complex, technical subject matter and turn it into something clear, engaging, and worth watching. You have strong instincts for pacing, storytelling, and what keeps an audience watching.

• Full-time role based in Seattle or the San Francisco Bay Area (hybrid, 2-3 days in office)
• Relocation support available
• Also open to meeting strong freelance editors for remote contract work

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Edit and produce content across one of the core YouTube channels
• Shape narrative, pacing, and structure for audience retention
• Partner closely with producers and creative teams
• Contribute to the evolution and growth of the channel

Your Background

• Strong experience editing for YouTube or digital-first platforms
• Clear instincts for storytelling, pacing, and retention
• Comfort working with complex or technical subject matter
• High agency, strong communication, and a positive, collaborative approach
