We’re looking for a dedicated, full-time Video Editor who understands performance content and can work closely with us long-term. This is not a high-end cinematic editing role. This is a content-driven, performance-focused editing role.
Most importantly: You understand content — not just editing. You understand why clips matter, why pacing matters, and how to make something feel emotionally right. We’re building long-term, and we want someone who grows with us.
Core Responsibilities
Edit high-converting video ads for Meta, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
Cut and structure UGC-style ads with strong hooks and retention.
Select the right clips, pacing, voiceovers, and emotional tone.
Use AI tools for voiceovers, captions, enhancements, and content variations.
Create multiple ad variations from one script.
Add clean, minimal captions aligned with brand aesthetic.
What This Role Requires
Strong understanding of ad flow, pacing, and retention.
Ability to choose the right clips and structure narratives emotionally.
Comfortable using AI tools for voiceovers, captions, and workflow optimization.
This is not heavy VFX or complex animation work. It’s about structure, psychology, and clean execution.
Ideal Candidate
Based in the U.S. (or similar Eastern Time Zone).
Easy to communicate with and responsive.
Detail-oriented and listens well.
Understands brand direction (luxury, minimal, clean).
Can dedicate focused time to our company.
