Position Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Vice President of Global Supply Chain to provide strategic leadership across our end-to-end supply chain operations. This executive role will oversee planning, sourcing, procurement, logistics, inventory management, supplier partnerships, and operational optimization on a global scale.

The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking leader with a proven ability to build scalable supply chain strategies, enhance operational performance, and support sustainable business growth in dynamic and evolving markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive global supply chain strategy aligned with organizational objectives
• Lead supply chain planning, procurement, sourcing, logistics, inventory, and distribution functions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and strategic partners worldwide
• Drive operational efficiency, process improvement, and cost optimization initiatives across the supply chain network
• Establish performance metrics and reporting frameworks to monitor supply chain effectiveness
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership, finance, operations, and commercial teams to support business priorities
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory management, forecasting accuracy, and service performance
• Evaluate and implement technologies and systems that enhance supply chain visibility and decision-making
• Lead and develop high-performing supply chain leadership teams across multiple regions
• Ensure operational consistency and adherence to established company standards and procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or a related field
• 12+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience, including senior executive responsibilities
• Demonstrated success leading global supply chain operations within complex and growing organizations
• Strong expertise in procurement, strategic sourcing, logistics, distribution, inventory management, and demand planning
• Experience managing supplier relationships and global operational networks
• Excellent analytical, financial, and operational decision-making skills
• Strong executive presence with exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience leading geographically distributed teams in a remote or hybrid environment
• Advanced knowledge of ERP systems, supply chain technologies, and data-driven operational planning

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related discipline
• Experience supporting multi-region or international business operations
• Background leading large-scale transformation, optimization, or process improvement initiatives
