Who You Are:
Vice President of Business Development is a critical leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vice President of Business Development to lead our growth initiatives within the FMO Channel. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the financial landscape, a proven track record of success in business development, and experience working with FMO (Field Marketing Organizations).
How You’ll Contribute:
Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the financial services market, with a focus on FMO partnerships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target FMOs.
Negotiate and close deals with FMOs, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment and support for business development efforts.
Manage and track business development activities, providing regular reports to senior management.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Oversee the development and management of business development budgets.
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development within the financial services industry.
Proven track record of success in developing and executing business development strategies.
Extensive experience working with FMOs, including a strong network of contacts.
Deep understanding of the financial services market, including industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel as needed.

Compensation:
$130,000 - $170,000 annually based on experience
