NU Advisory Partners has been retained to lead the search for a Vice President, Marketing for a high-growth, healthcare technology-enabled services organization entering its next phase of scale. This leader owns the full marketing agenda and partners closely with the CEO and commercial leadership to sharpen positioning, accelerate demand generation, and build a disciplined, measurable marketing engine. The role requires a strategic thinker who is equally comfortable driving hands-on execution in a lean, performance-oriented environment. This role is based in Tampa, Florida, and requires relocation.

Key Responsibilities


Marketing Strategy & Positioning


  • Define and own the company’s marketing strategy in alignment with revenue and growth objectives.
  • Clarify and strengthen value proposition, messaging, and competitive differentiation.
  • Ensure consistent positioning across campaigns, content, digital channels, and sales enablement materials.
  • Align marketing priorities tightly with Sales and Product to support commercial outcomes.


Demand Generation & Pipeline Impact


  • Build and scale an integrated demand generation engine focused on qualified pipeline creation.
  • Lead digital marketing efforts across website performance, SEO/SEM, paid media, email, and social channels.
  • Oversee campaign planning, execution, and optimization with clear attribution and ROI measurement.
  • Analyze performance data and continuously refine strategy based on measurable outcomes.


Content & Brand Execution


  • Guide development of high-impact content, including thought leadership, case studies, campaigns, and external communications.
  • Ensure messaging translates complex offerings into clear, compelling narratives for target buyers.
  • Elevate brand visibility and credibility in a competitive market.


Team & Operational Leadership


  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships to expand capabilities and maintain brand consistency.
  • Own marketing budget, KPIs, and executive-level reporting.
  • Build scalable marketing systems and processes to improve efficiency and visibility.


Qualifications & Experience


  • Senior B2B marketing leadership experience within HCIT (ambulatory) strongly preferred. Candidates coming from technology-enabled services or SaaS environments, if living in Tampa, FL will also be considered.
  • Proven track record building pipeline-driven marketing engines that support measurable revenue growth.
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales and Product in performance-focused organizations.
  • Strong command of digital marketing, automation platforms, CRM systems, and performance analytics.
  • Ability to operate strategically while comfortable leading nimble teams (2 FTE currently) and driving execution directly.
  • Analytical and creative mindset with the ability to translate insight into action.
  • Executive presence with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Builder mentality with comfort working in lean, evolving environments.
