About the position:
We are seeking a highly driven Sales Hunter with deep experience in selling IT Services, Digital Transformation, and Consulting solutions to clients in the Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) sector. This is a strategic, high‑impact role responsible for winning new logos, driving revenue growth, and expanding our footprint across global and regional BFSI accounts.
The ideal candidate is a proactive dealmaker who thrives in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment and has a proven track record of acquiring new enterprise customers in the BFSI space.

What You'll Do:
New Business Development
Identify, target, and acquire new BFSI clients for IT services, digital engineering, cloud, data, and consulting offerings.
Build and execute a focused sales strategy to penetrate mid‑to‑large BFSI enterprises.
Drive end‑to‑end sales cycles including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, presentations, and contract closure.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
Develop strong CXO‑level relationships within prospective BFSI clients.
Understand customer business priorities, technology landscape, and transformation needs.
Position the company as a trusted digital transformation partner.
Opportunity Management
Collaborate with solution architects, delivery, and practice teams to create winning proposals and customized solutions.
Lead RFP/RFI responses, solution pitches, and value articulation.
Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM tools.
Market & Industry Intelligence
Stay up to date with BFSI industry trends, regulatory changes, digital transformation priorities, and competitive landscape.
Provide insights to leadership for developing new offerings and refining go‑to‑market strategies.
What You'll Bring:
15+ years of experience in IT Services / Consulting sales, specifically focused on new logo acquisition.
Proven track record of selling to Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance clients.
Strong understanding of key BFSI technology areas such as:
Core banking modernization
Cloud migration & engineering
Data & analytics
Cybersecurity
Digital channels / customer experience
Risk & compliance solutions
Ability to engage and influence CXOs, CIOs, CTOs, Chief Digital Officers, and senior IT leaders.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong network within the BFSI ecosystem is a plus.
