Our client is a global leader in alternative asset management specializing in private equity, credit, and real estate investments. With a focus on value-oriented and opportunistic investing, it has built a reputation for acquiring and transforming complex or undervalued assets. The Valuation Associate will support the analysis, monitoring, and reporting of portfolio company assets.
Responsibilities
Manage the analytics related to portfolio company performance including data collection, review, and reporting
Enhance and maintain processes for gathering consistent financial and operational metrics across portfolio companies
Monitor and analyze performance metrics at the asset, fund, and portfolio levels throughout the investment lifecycle
Develop and maintain analytical tools and dashboards to support customized internal and external reporting needs
Prepare materials for investor communications including marketing presentations, due diligence questionnaires, and other client-facing documents
Contribute to the design and implementation of system enhancements and process improvements across the team’s analytics infrastructure
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
3-6 years of related experience within financial services
Strong understanding of private equity fund structures and investment lifecycle
Strong understanding of portfolio company performance and valuation
Experience with iLEVEL preferred
Advanced proficiency in Excel and visualization tools
Salary Range
$125,000-$135,000
