Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Title Processor, located in Baltimore, MD, with the option for some work from home. The Title Processor will handle the daily preparation and processing of title and registration documents, ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, and maintain accurate transaction records. The role involves interacting with clients and stakeholders, managing escrow documentation, notarizing documents, and handling administrative and financial responsibilities tied to title processing. Collaboration with other departments and external partners is also required.
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to handle client inquiries professionally and efficiently
Experience with notary procedures and familiarity with escrow processes
Basic knowledge of accounting practices related to title transactions
Organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate and compliant documentation
Proficiency in using office software and tools for document management and record keeping
Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
Experience in the automotive or related industry is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or education in related fields are a plus
