Role Description The TikTok Shop - Affiliate Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Beverly Hills, CA. This role focuses on recruiting, onboarding, and managing TikTok Shop affiliates and creators to drive product visibility and sales. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and vetting potential affiliates, negotiating collaboration terms, coordinating campaigns, and providing ongoing support to ensure successful partnerships. The role also involves monitoring affiliate performance, analyzing campaign data, optimizing strategies, and collaborating with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and fulfillment to align goals. The Affiliate Manager will maintain clear communication with brand partners, prepare performance reports, and stay current on TikTok trends and platform updates.

• Candidates should possess strong Affiliate Management skills, including recruitment, onboarding, and relationship building with creators and partners.
• Candidates should possess Account Management skills to manage multiple brand and affiliate accounts, track performance, and ensure partner satisfaction.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to engage with creators, internal teams, and brand partners in a clear, professional manner.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to negotiate favorable terms, drive revenue growth, and convert opportunities into successful campaigns.
• Candidates should possess Online Marketing skills, with familiarity in TikTok Shop, social commerce, and data-driven campaign optimization.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in influencer or creator marketing, proficiency with analytics and reporting tools, and knowledge of e-commerce or marketplace operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Beverly Hills, CA, manage deadlines, and collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Pay: $55,000 - $85,000 per year
