Responsibilities:

-Execute upon techniques to recruit and maintain a network of Technology professionals.

- Interview candidates and match high demand skill sets to open requisitions.

- Prepare candidates for interviews.

- Negotiate and present offers for employment.

- Work in tandem with Sales team to understand our client's hiring needs.

- Manage workforce of Consultants and Full time Staff as they support eNGINE initiatives.

Requirements:

-Effective verbal and written communication skills.

-Computer/Social Media skills required.

-Ability to work in a fast paced culture while remaining focused.

-Bachelor's degree in business, management, communication, or similar field(s).

-Ability to multi-task and plan work activities proactively.
