Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Platform Business Analyst with 7–10+ years of experience to support the onboarding and operational enablement of new AI-driven use cases within a large enterprise technology environment. This role will partner with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into technical requirements while guiding stakeholders through the full lifecycle of onboarding—from initial ideation through production deployment.

The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis capabilities with technical fluency, enabling them to assess complex use cases, understand data and integration workflows, and collaborate effectively with engineering, product, and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Use Case Analysis & Requirements Gathering

  • Evaluate incoming AI-related use cases to understand business objectives and translate them into clear functional and technical requirements.
  • Identify technical dependencies, data requirements, and potential capability gaps within the platform environment.

Onboarding & Delivery Enablement

  • Guide internal teams through the end-to-end onboarding process for new AI solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and best practices.
  • Act as a central coordination point between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and platform specialists.

Technical Workflow Review

  • Review technical workflows and implementation approaches, including Python-based components where applicable, to validate assumptions and diagnose issues.
  • Determine when to escalate or involve subject matter experts to resolve technical challenges.

Integration & Operational Support

  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration challenges across APIs, data pipelines, and platform services to support successful deployment and operational readiness.
  • Assist teams in resolving issues related to data flows, connectivity, and service interactions.

Process Improvement & Operational Scaling

  • Identify opportunities to improve onboarding workflows, tooling, and documentation.
  • Drive initiatives that increase transparency, efficiency, and scalability for teams adopting enterprise AI capabilities.

Program Coordination

  • Track onboarding progress across multiple initiatives, manage timelines, and help remove blockers to keep projects moving toward production readiness.

Required Qualifications

  • 7–10+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Technical Business Analysis, Product Analysis, or similar roles within enterprise technology environments.
  • Proven ability to evaluate complex use cases, gather requirements, and translate business needs into structured technical specifications.
  • Strong technical fluency, including the ability to understand system architectures, review Python code when needed, and analyze API/integration patterns.
  • Experience working with data pipelines, data models, or enterprise datasets, with the ability to explore schemas and troubleshoot data-related issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify system dependencies and troubleshoot integration challenges across distributed systems.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience, working with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
  • Experience improving operational processes, documentation, and tooling within technology delivery environments.
  • Ability to track delivery progress, manage timelines, and support teams through structured onboarding or implementation stages.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Generative AI concepts, including large language models (LLMs), prompt workflows, enterprise AI patterns, and responsible AI considerations.
  • Experience supporting AI, machine learning, or advanced data platforms within enterprise environments.
  • A product mindset, with the ability to identify platform capability gaps and contribute to feature definition and platform evolution.
  • Experience building or designing automation tools, dashboards, or workflow solutions to improve operational efficiency.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies, backlog management, and cross-functional SDLC collaboration.
