As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) at Echo, you will serve as a trusted technical partner for our customers. You’ll work closely with customer stakeholders, product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to ensure customers successfully deploy, adopt, and scale Echo’s platform.
Requirements
Own the technical relationship for a portfolio of customers
Lead technical onboarding, integrations, and issue resolution
Act as the primary technical escalation point
Partner with Customer Success to drive adoption and retention
Share customer feedback to influence product improvements
Requirements
3+ years in a customer-facing technical role (TAM, SE, Solutions Engineer, etc.)
Experience with SaaS platforms, APIs, and integrations
Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
Experience with AI, data, or analytics platforms - advantage
