Summary
We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Systems Analyst to join our dynamic IT team. This full-time role involves systems analysis, project coordination, technical implementation, and user support. The ideal candidate will manage system migrations, deploy new technologies, support user transitions, and ensure smooth, well-documented rollouts. Significant travel is required for training and onboarding new acquisitions, with a focus on integrating various business systems and providing excellent user support.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
3–5 years of experience in systems analysis, IT implementation, or systems integration
Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud environments
Familiarity with TCP/IP networking, VPNs, and enterprise device management tools (SCCM, Intune)
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and customer service skills
Excellent communication, organization, and change management abilities
Comfortable with travel, self-starting attitude, and experience with Microsoft Outlook, desktop support, and basic IT infrastructure
Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, networks, and mobile devices
Provide Tier 2 technical support and troubleshoot daily operational issues
Lead system migrations, integrations, and upgrades across platforms such as Active Directory, O365, and telephony systems
Coordinate deployments, user training, and post-go-live support (Hypercare)
Develop and deliver training materials for onsite and remote users
Manage project communications, documentation, and record-keeping
Support large-scale system upgrades, including Cisco and Webex migrations
Collaborate with telephony teams for setup, testing, and training of phone systems
Assist with on-site assessments, internet setup, VPN configurations, and user onboarding for new company acquisitions
