Superintendent – Ground-Up Hospitality Project

The Opportunity

I'm working with a well-established general contractor who is looking for a Superintendent to lead a ground-up hospitality project in South West Florida. This is an immediate hire driven by a strong pipeline of upcoming work.

The Role

• Lead all on-site construction from ground-up through closeout
• Manage subcontractors, schedule, and daily site operations
• Drive quality, safety, and production
• Work closely with the project team to keep the job on track

What They’re Looking For

• 8+ years of Superintendent experience
• Ground-up hospitality project experience strongly preferred
• Experience on $20M+ commercial projects
• Experience working for a General Contractor
• Strong tenure
• Strong leadership presence on-site
