Studio Engineer

E-Logic is seeking a Studio Engineer to support broadcast systems, audiovisual equipment, and live streaming operations for the U.S. Department of State. This position performs maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support for professional broadcast environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain broadcast video, audio, lighting, and teleprompter systems.
  • Troubleshoot live production equipment.
  • Support streaming platforms and broadcast infrastructure.
  • Configure video conferencing and encoding systems.
  • Ensure operational readiness of studio equipment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of broadcast engineering experience.
  • Experience with streaming platforms, broadcast equipment, VTC systems, and audiovisual technologies.
  • Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting federal broadcast facilities.
  • Knowledge of Polycom, Tandberg, and enterprise streaming solutions.

Work Location

Washington, DC (Department of State Headquarters and Annex 5). This position is primarily on-site supporting broadcast and audiovisual systems.

Security Requirements

Ability to obtain a Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT).
