The bank is seeking a Corporate Trust Analyst to support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of Corporate Agency & Trust transactions. This role will partner closely with Transaction Managers and internal operations teams to ensure seamless execution of client transactions, deal maintenance, payment processing, and reporting activities.

Location: New york, NY (Hybrid)

Duration: 04 Months (Possible Extension/Conversion)

Key Responsibilities

• Support implementation and maintenance of Corporate Special Agency transactions including MTN, M&A, CP/CD
• Assist Transaction Managers with day-to-day transaction activities and client servicing
• Coordinate distribution of rate reset notices and deal-related communications
• Support document custody requests and release processes
• Respond to internal and external client inquiries related to trust transactions
• Ensure adherence to onboarding, account opening, payment processing, and deal maintenance procedures
• Coordinate with internal operations teams for transaction setup, reporting, and issue resolution
• Support internal projects related to client transactions and operational improvements
• Maintain compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and risk policies

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Corporate Trust, Operations, Transaction Management, or Product Support
• Experience supporting deal implementation and transaction maintenance
• Strong client communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
• Clear written and verbal communication

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
