At Shiloh & Bros, we create fun, high-energy, family-friendly content that reaches millions of fans worldwide. Our studio is a collaborative, creative, and fast-paced space where music plays a massive role in shaping our stories, videos, and brand. We are looking for a talented, versatile Pop songwriter and producer to join our team in Nashville and help us build out our growing catalog of original music.

We are seeking a Staff Songwriter / Producer who lives and breathes Pop music. The ideal candidate is a lyric and melody powerhouse who can also step behind the desk, build out energetic tracks, and take a song from an initial idea to a polished demo right inside our Nashville studio.

You’ll be writing catchy, modern Pop songs designed for a family-friendly audience. Whether you're flying solo on a quick turnaround track or co-writing in a collaborative room with our creators and guest writers, you bring high energy, fresh ideas, and strong commercial instincts to every session.

• Songwriting: Craft top-tier Pop lyrics, hooks, and melodies tailored for family-friendly content, storylines, and standalone releases.
• Track Production & Demo Creation: Produce, arrange, and mix high-quality demos utilizing our in-house Nashville studio setup.
• Collaborative Co-Writing: Lead and participate in co-writing sessions with other songwriters, content creators, and internal team members.
• Solo Composition: Confidently write, produce, and execute demos independently under tight production deadlines.
• Catalog Management: Help organize, polish, and maintain a library of original tracks and sync-ready material for upcoming media projects.

• Nashville-Based: Must be located in (or willing to commute daily to) the Nashville area to work on-site in our studio space.
• Pop Music Expertise: Strong instinct for modern Pop structures, infectious hooks, commercial melodies, and lyric concepts.
• Production Capability: Hands-on experience producing tracks and engineering demo sessions in a DAW (e.g., Logic Pro, Ableton, Pro Tools, or Studio One).
• Versatility: Comfortable wearing both hats—writing top-line melodies/lyrics one hour, and building out modern pop instrumentals the next.
• Family-Friendly Mindset: Genuine enthusiasm for creating clean, positive, upbeat music designed for kids, families, and broad audiences.
• Collaborative: Zero ego in the writing room; thrives in a upbeat, fun, and fast-moving environment.

• Experience writing for sync, digital media, or family-oriented entertainment brands.
• Multi-instrumental abilities (keys, guitar, bass, etc.).
• Vocal tracking and vocal tuning/editing skills.
