Job Title: ServiceNow AI Architect

Job Type: Contract 6 months plus

Remote Position.

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow AI Architect with 10+ years of experience to lead the design and implementation of AI-driven solutions within the ServiceNow platform. In this role, you will architect and deliver intelligent, agentic workflows using capabilities like Now Assist, Agent Studio, and Workflow Data Fabric, while integrating with external AI platforms such as Databricks and Azure. You will work on building scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade solutions that enable automation across financial processes like Source-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow (CSM, App Engine, Flow Designer), experience with AI-enabled workflows, solid knowledge of integration patterns (REST APIs, event-driven systems), and the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams. Experience in financial processes, Azure/Databricks, and multi-agent systems will be an added advantage.

🛠️ Required Skills

• Strong ServiceNow architecture experience (CSM, App Engine, Flow Designer)

• Hands-on exposure to ServiceNow AI capabilities (Now Assist, GenAI, Agent Studio)

• Experience designing AI-enabled enterprise workflows

• Solid understanding of integration patterns (REST APIs, event-driven architecture)

• Experience working with external AI/ML platforms

• Experience in Order-to-Cash / Accounts Receivable processes

• Exposure to Databricks and Azure AI ecosystem

• Experience designing agentic or multi-agent systems
