Solutions Architect

Scion Technology has been engaged to conduct a search for an experienced Solutions Architect for our client, a cutting-edge AI/data startup in Menlo Park, CA! This is a full-time, direct hire position based onsite in Menlo Park.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Lead end-to-end delivery of our most strategic customer projects. This customer-facing role involves acting as the vital link between internal engineering teams and enterprise stakeholders, ensuring projects are meticulously scoped, delivered on time, and exceed client expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own end-to-end project delivery for enterprise clients, from initiation through deployment
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk assessments for complex technical implementations
• Serve as primary executive stakeholder contact, managing expectations through clear and timely communication
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, product, customer success) while proactively identifying and mitigating risks
• Drive continuous process improvements and translate technical progress into concise executive-ready updates

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5-8+ years of project management experience in enterprise SaaS, infrastructure, data or AI platform environments
• Proven success managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder enterprise technical deployments
• Strong technical fluency across cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and data platforms
• Exceptional communication skills with confidence leading both executive reviews and technical standups
• Proficiency with PM tools (Jira, ClickUp, Asana); analytical, self-driven, and able to bring clarity to ambiguous, complex projects

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
