Solutions Architect

Newo.ai is not just another AI startup; we are an omnichannel AI powerhouse redefining the global workforce. We’ve built the proprietary Newo AI Employee Framework (NAF) to deploy autonomous "Zero-Hallucination" AI Employees that generate incremental revenue for our customers.

Having just closed our Series A and doubled our team in record time, we are on an aggressive trajectory to deploy 1 million AI agents. We are looking to build a team of bulldog, solutions architects, that are able to fully deploy our solutions with our partners and customers.

The Solutions Architect will be responsible for guiding our partners to realizing the value of our AI agents. You will be assigned an industry and/or geography to build expertise and guide partners and customers on how AI Agents bring value to their business.

What we are looking for:

• Bridge Business & Tech: Analyze business needs and translate them into functional technical specifications.
• Design Architectures: Create comprehensive blueprint for how the AI Agent serves the partner, industry, and customer.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with leaders, managers, and executives to align on goals and budget.
• Technical Leadership: Guide development teams toward innovation based on what they learn from the customer

Qualifications

• Strong skills in consulting, project management, and effective communication to understand and address client requirements
• Experience in software development and AI prompt engineering
• Hands-on experience in building, configuring, and customizing software solutions
• Expertise in Integration of various systems, ensuring compatibility with existing platforms
• Proficiency in Business Process analysis, optimization, and aligning technical solutions with business goals
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of CRM or PMS systems, experience in the AI industry, or with SaaS platforms is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
