Overall Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to own our presence on TikTok and Instagram end‑to‑end. This role is responsible for creating, posting, and optimizing content that drives reach, engagement, and performance—while staying on top of trends and acting as a recognizable face of the brand on the platform.

Specific Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Own the TikTok and Instagram content calendar, including planning, posting, and optimization, as well as eventual expansion into other social media platforms as business needs arise.
• Create, film, and edit TikTok‑native content (organic, trend‑based, and brand storytelling).
• Stay constantly on top of TikTok and Instagram trends, sounds, formats, and cultural moments.
• Create Instagram stories and in-feed posts through static and video formats to drive user engagement and community management.
• Engage with community across both social media platforms, using company’s tone of voice and values. This includes responding to comments, direct messages or tags.
• Analyze performance metrics (views, engagement, retention, growth) and adjust content strategy accordingly.
• Experiment with new content ideas and formats to improve performance.
• Engage with the audience through comments, replies, and community interaction.
• Represent the brand on TikTok and Instagram—comfortable being on camera and acting as a brand voice/personality.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align content with broader marketing goals.

Knowledge, Skills &Abilities Requirements

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience managing growing TikTok and Instagram accounts.
• Working experience of: Adobe Suite, such as Premiere Pro, After Effects and Illustrator
• Proven success in growing Tiktok and Instagram accounts across followers and engagement.
• Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends, algorithm behavior, and content formats.
• Creative mindset with the ability to independently shoot and edit content.
• Comfortable being on camera and serving as the face of the brand.
• Data‑driven with experience analyzing metrics to improve performance.
• Highly organized with consistency in posting and content execution.

• Consistent content output and on‑time posting
• Growth in engagement and follower count, website visits and tiktok shop sales
• Strong content performance (views, retention, interaction)
• Ability to quickly spot and capitalize on trends
