SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT CREATOR & VIDEOGRAPHER

Position Overview

We’re searching for a full-time content creator who lives and breathes social media and cars. This person will own the process from filming to editing to posting, delivering daily, high-quality, attention-grabbing content that showcases WIKD’s builds, shop culture, and customer experience. You’ll capture both short-form and long-form content, turning the magic happening in our shop into content that builds hype, educates our audience, and drives engagement across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

Responsibilities

• Film, edit, and post 1 daily reel for both @MRWIKD and @WIKDTuned.
• Capture and post 3 Instagram/Facebook stories per day highlighting shop life.
• Film and edit full YouTube build series for LT performance packages.
• Work with the team to plan content that aligns with projects and brand voice.
• Keep up with trending sounds, formats, and styles.
• Manage posting schedules, captions, and hashtags to maximize reach.
• (Huge Plus) Manage and optimize Facebook/Instagram and Google Ad campaigns.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media content creation (Reels, YouTube, etc.).
• Proficiency in filming and editing on mobile and/or professional software.
• Strong storytelling ability to make technical work exciting.
• Deep passion for cars and automotive culture (LT platforms a plus).
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, gimbals, and audio equipment.
• Knowledge of automotive terminology and modification processes.
• Graphic design or thumbnail creation skills.
• Facebook & Google Ads management experience is a huge advantage.
  
  

Compensation & Schedule

Compensation is based on experience, skill level, and results. This is a full-time, on-site position, Monday to Friday, with flexibility required to capture key builds and events.
