A large-scale enterprise is seeking a Senior Vice President of Operations to lead cross-functional execution, operational infrastructure, and performance management across a multi-billion dollar platform. This executive will serve as a key member of the leadership team, driving enterprise-wide efficiency, scalability, and operational discipline across multiple business units. The role will partner closely with the CEO and executive leadership to align operations with long-term strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead enterprise operations strategy across multiple business units and functional areas
• Drive cross-functional execution and operational alignment across a complex organization
• Own large-scale P&L performance, cost management, and operational efficiency initiatives
• Build and scale operational infrastructure to support continued growth
• Establish KPI frameworks and performance management systems across the enterprise
• Partner with finance, supply chain, and commercial leadership to drive business outcomes
• Lead enterprise transformation and process optimization initiatives
• Build and develop a high-performing operations leadership team
Qualifications
• 20 or more years of progressive operations leadership experience
• Prior experience as SVP of Operations or equivalent senior leadership role
• Proven track record managing large P&Ls in complex, multi-entity environments
• Experience driving enterprise-wide efficiency, scale, and operational transformation
• Strong leadership presence and ability to influence executive teams and boards
• Experience in large-scale or multi-billion dollar organizations preferred
