  • Drive detailed short-interval and master schedules in collaboration with the project team and trade partners.
  • Conduct and lead subcontractor coordination meetings, safety meetings, and pre-task planning sessions.
  • Maintain accurate and timely field documentation, including daily reports, safety logs, incident reports, QA/QC documentation, and material tracking.
  • Coordinate construction layout, logistics, and sequencing to support efficient and safe site operations.
  • Proactively identify risks, constructability challenges, and schedule impacts; develop and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Enforce site-specific Quality Control and Safety programs, ensuring compliance with OSHA, company standards, and mission-critical best practices.
  • Support commissioning, integrated systems testing (IST), and turnover to operations teams.
  • Promote a strong safety culture and participate in the company’s Safety and Health Management System (SHMS).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 8+ years of construction experience, with significant exposure to data centers or other mission-critical facilities.
  • Proven experience leading large, complex projects as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent.
  • Strong understanding of data center construction, including critical power, cooling systems, redundancy (N, N+1, 2N), and commissioning processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple trades and complex site logistics.
  • Proficiency with construction management software; Procore and Bluebeam experience preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of safety regulations, QA/QC processes, and industry best practices.
