About the Role

We’re looking for a senior cybersecurity professional to help shape how modern security is designed, assessed, and scaled across a complex enterprise environment. This role sits at the intersection of security architecture, risk, and emerging technologies, with a strong focus on cloud platforms and AI-driven systems.

You’ll work closely with engineering, infrastructure, and business teams to evaluate security controls, identify risks, and influence how secure systems are built—moving beyond traditional audit approaches into real, technical impact.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end security assessments across cloud, on-prem, and AI-enabled systems
• Evaluate and validate security controls within real-world architectures (not just on paper)
• Partner with engineering and technology teams to embed security into design and deployment
• Identify vulnerabilities and provide practical, actionable remediation strategies
• Help define and evolve security standards, risk frameworks, and best practices
• Support adoption of emerging technologies, including AI, with a security-first approach
• Analyze complex security issues and contribute to high-impact cybersecurity initiatives
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on risk-informed security decisions

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud security, or application security
• Strong understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern architectures
• Experience performing security assessments, threat modeling, or control validation
• Ability to translate risk concepts into technical solutions and vice versa
• Background working with or alongside engineering and development teams
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Experience

• Experience in financial services, fintech, or highly regulated environments
• Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or SOC 2
• Exposure to AI/ML systems, model risk, or AI security concepts
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CRISC, CISA, or similar
