Lead Identity Security Engineer – SailPoint ISC Transformation

We are seeking a Lead Identity Security Engineer to play a critical role in driving our enterprise Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) transformation, with a primary focus on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).

This position will lead the architecture, implementation, and integration of our ISC environment, ensuring seamless governance across our modern cloud identity ecosystem. You’ll partner closely with senior leadership, including the CISO and CIO, to align identity strategy with enterprise cybersecurity objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
• Drive IGA transformation initiatives, modernizing identity governance across the enterprise
• Architect and implement integrations between:
• SailPoint ISC and Azure Entra ID
• ISC and ServiceNow (for automated provisioning and access workflows)
• Ensure governance decisions are enforced consistently across the cloud identity fabric
• Partner with CISO, CIO, and senior leadership to define and execute cybersecurity strategy
• Develop and implement security governance frameworks, policies, and standards
• Lead cross-functional security initiatives across business and technology teams
• Support enterprise-wide cybersecurity awareness and communication efforts
• Provide strategic input into identity-related risk management and compliance programs
• Champion a culture of security, integrity, and collaboration

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of cybersecurity or enterprise IT experience (Fortune 100 preferred)
• Proven experience leading large-scale identity or security transformations
• Strong experience working with executive leadership (CISO, CIO)
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement enterprise security strategies
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional cybersecurity initiatives
• 5+ years of leadership experience in information security or cybersecurity programs
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree (Information Security, MBA, or related)
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint ISC (Identity Security Cloud)
• Experience integrating identity platforms with:
• Azure Entra ID
• ServiceNow ITSM workflows
• Experience building security awareness programs and change management strategies
• Background in Operational Technology (OT) security
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP)
