Senior Project Manager

Position Summary

The Senior Project Manager (SPM) is responsible for overseeing all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role ensures projects are completed safely, on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards and strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple large-scale construction projects simultaneously
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
• Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and cost forecasts
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards
• Manage contract negotiations, change orders, and risk mitigation strategies
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues
• Mentor and supervise project managers, engineers, and field staff
• Lead project meetings and provide clear communication to stakeholders
