Position: Senior Project Manager

Compensation: $130,000 - $145,000 

Location: Fully Remote

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior Project Manager to join their team!

Are you ready to lead complex, high-risk projects with executive visibility? As a Senior Project Manager, you'll anticipate risks, elevate delivery maturity, and model leadership across the PMO. This is your chance to make a significant impact and grow in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Deliver complex, multi-stakeholder projects with executive visibility
• Anticipate risks and dependencies across projects and domains
• Lead executive-level communications with CIO and senior leaders
• Frame decisions with clear options, impacts, and recommendations
• Mentor Project Managers through influence and example
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery practices and governance

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 8+ years of progressive project management experience
• Demonstrated executive presence and leadership maturity
• PMP strongly recommended

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Master’s/MBA preferred
