The company is recognized for delivering high-quality commercial, education, healthcare, multifamily, private club, senior living, and municipal projects. This senior leadership role provides the chance to manage large-scale, high-impact projects based primarily in Southern Connecticut, while collaborating on projects throughout Westchester County and nearby areas of New York.
Key Responsibilities
Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring successful delivery across all phases
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource planning
Maintain a strong on-site presence across Connecticut and New York projects
Act as the primary liaison for clients, consultants, and key stakeholders
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors
Prepare scopes of work and manage subcontractor procurement
Negotiate contracts and drive strong commercial outcomes
Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability
Ensure adherence to all health & safety standards and regulatory requirements
Track project performance and deliver detailed reporting
Oversee requisitions, cost tracking, and financial management
Requirements
Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager within construction
Strong experience delivering projects in Connecticut and/or New York markets
Background across ground-up and complex commercial or multifamily projects preferred
In-depth understanding of construction methodologies and project delivery
Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoDesk Build preferred
PMP certification (preferred)
OSHA certification required
