$140,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

Lead regional contracts managers and senior ICs
Own regional contract KPIs and risk profiles
Drive process and policy improvements
Serve as escalation authority for complex negotiations
Partner with regional Legal and Finance leadership
Ensure compliance with global contracting standards

Required Skills

Executive contract drafting and negotiation oversight
Strong Excel fluency for performance and risk analysis
Strategic and operational leadership capability

Experience

8-11 years of experience in contracts or commercial leadership
3+ years leading teams or managers
Must have CRO experience
