THE SENIOR ELECTRICAL ENGINEER (MEP) ROLE

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will act as a discipline lead across multiple projects, taking ownership of electrical system design and supporting overall project delivery.

You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams, delivering innovative, code-compliant, and high-quality electrical solutions across a diverse project portfolio.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - SENIOR ELECTRICAL ENGINEER (MEP) Role

• Lead electrical design across multiple MEP projects
• Deliver innovative and complex electrical system solutions
• Manage projects across sectors including healthcare, commercial, and education
• Engage directly with clients, providing technical expertise and guidance
• Mentor and support design engineers
• Support overall project delivery alongside MEP leadership teams
• Ensure compliance with US codes, standards, and best practice
• Maintain high standards of quality, coordination, and technical excellence

REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE SENIOR ELECTRICAL ENGINEER (MEP) ROLE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE)
• 7+ years’ experience within MEP design consultancy
• Professional Engineering (PE) licence
• Strong electrical design and technical knowledge
• Experience across healthcare or complex building projects preferred
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Knowledge of US building codes and standards
