In this high-visibility role, you'll work directly with executive leadership and global teams to shape the next generation of the product line. Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives across existing product lines while spearheading new product development from concept through full commercialization
  • Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional international teams to advance strategic engineering projects and organizational objectives
  • Manage the complete product development lifecycle, ensuring seamless progression from initial concept and design through launch, market introduction, and commercialization
  • Serve as a primary engineering resource for both new and established product lines, proactively identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving technical challenges as they arise
  • Translate complex engineering data and technical findings into clear, compelling, and visually effective communications for stakeholders across all organizational levels
  • Apply advanced analytical and problem-solving methodologies, including root cause analysis, to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues with precision and efficiency
  • Assist with financial close and reporting processes by preparing entries, reconciling key accounts, and analyzing variances between forecasted and actual results
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned in alignment with organizational needs and strategic priorities


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
  • At least 5 years of Electrical Engineering work experience
  • ECAD tool proficiency
  • Motivated with strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills
  • Electrical instrumentation proficiency
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
