Responsibilities
Lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives across existing product lines while spearheading new product development from concept through full commercialization
Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional international teams to advance strategic engineering projects and organizational objectives
Manage the complete product development lifecycle, ensuring seamless progression from initial concept and design through launch, market introduction, and commercialization
Serve as a primary engineering resource for both new and established product lines, proactively identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving technical challenges as they arise
Translate complex engineering data and technical findings into clear, compelling, and visually effective communications for stakeholders across all organizational levels
Apply advanced analytical and problem-solving methodologies, including root cause analysis, to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues with precision and efficiency
Assist with financial close and reporting processes by preparing entries, reconciling key accounts, and analyzing variances between forecasted and actual results
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned in alignment with organizational needs and strategic priorities
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
At least 5 years of Electrical Engineering work experience
ECAD tool proficiency
Motivated with strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills
Electrical instrumentation proficiency
Advanced knowledge of Excel
