Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist role based in Beverly Hills, CA. The SEO Specialist will optimize the firm’s website and digital content to increase organic visibility, traffic, and lead generation. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting keyword research, performing on-page optimization, managing technical SEO tasks, and identifying opportunities to improve site structure and content performance. The role will also involve AI, regular SEO audits, monitoring rankings and traffic using web analytics tools, and creating reports with actionable insights. The specialist will collaborate with attorneys, marketing staff, and content contributors to align SEO strategy with the firm’s practice areas and business goals, as well as manage ethical link-building efforts and maintain SEO best practices in a highly regulated
industry.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in keyword research and on-page SEO, including metadata optimization, content structure, and internal linking.
Hands-on experience performing comprehensive SEO audits and implementing technical and content-related recommendations.
Practical knowledge of link building strategies and off-page SEO that comply with ethical and industry standards.
Ability to use web analytics and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEO platforms) to monitor performance and generate insights.
Familiarity with legal, professional services, or other highly regulated industries is a plus.
Comfort working with CMS platforms (such as WordPress) and basic understanding of HTML/CSS is beneficial.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
Clear written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
