Base pay range

₹2,500,000.00/yr - ₹2,900,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities

  • Administration, configuration, and management of SAP systems and HANA database.
  • System monitoring, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and optimization across multiple SAP modules.
  • SAP installations, upgrades, patching, transport management, and backup/recovery processes.
  • Database management, primarily SAP HANA (knowledge of Sybase/MaxDB is an added advantage).
  • Implementation and support of ChaRM (Change Request Management) within SAP Solution Manager.
  • Managing end-to-end change management processes including creation, approval, testing, and deployment of changes.
  • Troubleshooting ChaRM-related issues, managing retrofit scenarios, and ensuring audit/compliance readiness.

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on SAP BASIS expertise.
  • Proficiency with SAP HANA database.
  • Experience with ChaRM implementation and support.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional attitude.
