Revenue Accounting Manager

Join our team as a Revenue Accounting Manager, focusing on hands-on revenue accounting. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Revenue Accounting, you'll own critical close activities, support timely partner royalty processing, and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP/ASC 606. You will strengthen reconciliations, controls, and work cross-functionally with Business Development, Legal, Partner Operations, Deal Desk, and Finance.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead key monthly/quarterly close tasks for partner revenue, including journal entry review and reconciliations.
• Coordinate external royalty reporting and payments.
• Review new/non-standard partner arrangements, document ASC 606 conclusions.
• Enhance, automate, and standardize processes for partner revenue transactions.
• Ensure effective SOX/internal controls and keep documentation up to date.
• Collaborate to improve the quote-to-cash process.
• Support audits, mentor a Senior Revenue Accountant, and drive process improvements.

What You Bring:

• 8+ years in public and corporate revenue accounting (ASC 606 experience a must)
• 3+ years’ management/supervisory experience
• Strong control, reconciliation, and financial system skills such as Salesforce, NetSuite/Oracle
• Bachelor’s in Accounting or related field (CPA preferred)
• Advanced Excel and excellent communication skills
