Remote Appointment Setter

Full-time position with flexible hours.

Since this role involves messaging prospects on social media, activity can vary throughout the day. We are looking for someone who can stay responsive and check messages consistently during the day, rather than working within strict hourly shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Message prospects on Instagram and TikTok

• Qualify leads and book appointments for the closers

• Confirm appointments the day before and the same day

• Follow up with prospects to ensure ongoing engagement

• Manage multiple follow-ups in a fast-paced environment

• Consistently meet performance metrics related to booked appointments

Requirements:

• Experience in appointment setting, messaging, or sales roles

• Strong communication skills (especially written messaging)

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment

• Proven track record of managing follow-ups and maintaining client communication
