The Opportunity:

The Regional Sales Manager is a strategic leader charged with exceeding and growing our multi-brand portfolio across both Wholesale and Owned Retail channels. This individual serves as the principal representative for the region, bridging the gap between Global/Corporate strategy and execution at the store level. You will manage a distributed team across multiple locations, driving top-line sales, managing P&L efficiency, and ensuring a seamless, luxury consumer experience whether the client shops in a department store or our standalone boutiques.

What you’ll get to do:

Commercial & Business Performance:

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to meet or exceed financial targets across wholesale accounts and owned retail doors
  • Analyze weekly and monthly sales reports to identify trends, opportunities, and call cycle productivity
  • Track sell-out performance against objectives to proactively mitigate market share risk
  • Review retail forecasts by door and communicate progress to Sales and Training teams, driving action plans to address gaps
  • Manage freelance and T&E budgets with accurate monthly expense review
  • Plan, execute, and recap high-impact events in line with marketing guidelines, including pre-event timelines and post-event debriefs
  • Submit monthly recaps with competitive insights, event imagery, and emerging market trends to inform future strategy

Retail Partnerships & Field Execution:

  • Build and strengthen relationships with Department Managers, Beauty Specialists, and Visual Managers to secure optimal brand placement and support
  • Lead quarterly retailer meetings to align event calendars and promotional strategies
  • Drive targeted growth through active field selling, side-by-side coaching, and retailer engagement
  • Ensure consistent execution across counters, towers, and displays; partner with field teams to maintain brand standards and escalate gaps as needed
  • Deliver short, impactful weekly training sessions during store visits focused on selling skills, product knowledge, and brand advocacy
  • Act as a brand ambassador, motivating teams with high energy and passion to inspire both selling and buying

Boutique & Omnichannel Operations:

  • Oversee daily operations of standalone boutiques in partnership with Retail Operations, Demand Planning/Supply Chain, and Visual Merchandising
  • Conduct daily and weekly inventory checks, resolving stock issues promptly with cross-functional teams
  • Drive a customer-centric omnichannel experience, ensuring in-store execution reflects the brand’s digital promise
  • Partner with store teams to build and retain active client bases through consistent outreach and follow-up

People Leadership & Team Management:

  • Recruit, lead, and develop a geographically dispersed team of People Leaders, Store Managers, Account Executives, and Freelancers
  • Establish clear communication loops to keep remote teams connected, motivated, and aligned with corporate priorities
  • Monitor freelance productivity, manage bookings, and ensure payroll deadlines are met

We’d love to meet you if you have:

  • 8+ years of leading sales teams in the beauty/fragrance industry, ideally with exposure to both wholesale and retail environments or in a similar environment
  • Demonstrated success in managing distributed teams, including the ability to motivate and coach staff remotely and during site visits
  • Strong ability to analyze sales data to drive decision-making and result-oriented action plans
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present at the executive level
  • Ability to meet deliverables within deadlines, work on multiple projects simultaneously, and operate autonomously in a changing environment
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Teams, etc.)
  • Must reside within close proximity to Miami, Florida
  • This position requires approximately 50% travel
