Regional Manager

What You’ll Own

• Full P&L responsibility for a ~$30M regional business, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance
• Leadership and development of Branch Managers and regional teams across multiple locations
• Driving sales strategy and execution while maintaining strong operational discipline
• Establishing and reinforcing a strong safety‑first culture across the region
• Overseeing fleet performance, utilization, and regional operational audits
• Acting as a visible, hands‑on leader in the field — this is not a desk role

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Regional Manager, District Manager, or Senior Branch Leader in rental, equipment, HVAC, industrial services, or a similar multi‑site environment
• Strong operations background is required (sales‑only profiles will not be a fit)
• Experience managing managers and leading teams across multiple locations
• Financial acumen — comfortable owning budgets, reviewing P&L, and making data‑driven decisions
• Sales‑minded leadership style with the ability to coach, influence, and grow revenue
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region

Compensation & Perks

• Base salary range: $110K–$130K
• All‑in compensation potential: up to $250K
