Regional Chief Executive Officer - West Coast, USA

ATN is partnered with a globally operating Tier 1 Automotive supplier in the ADAS and Autonomous Vehicle sector, in its search for a Regional CEO – West Coast USA to lead and scale its full regional organisation across one of the most strategically important automotive and mobility markets globally.

This is a senior executive leadership appointment with full P&L ownership and end-to-end responsibility for all regional functions, reporting directly into global C-Suite. The role covers full accountability for Sales, Operations, Engineering, and R&D across the West Coast business.

Salary: Highly competitive executive package (base, bonus, equity).

Responsibilities

• Full ownership of regional P&L, including revenue, profitability, investment decisions, and long-term strategic growth
• Overall leadership of all regional functions including Sales, Operations, Engineering, and R&D
• Act as the most senior executive representative of the organisation towards OEMs and strategic mobility customers across the West Coast
• Define and execute regional strategy in alignment with global corporate objectives and future mobility trends
• Drive integrated business performance across the full value chain, ensuring alignment between commercial, technical, and operational functions
• Lead the senior leadership team across all functions, building organisational capability and succession strength
• Own executive-level relationships with key OEMs, ensuring long-term platform and programme partnerships
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of automotive programmes, ensuring performance across quality, cost, timing, and innovation targets
• Identify and execute strategic growth opportunities including new business, partnerships, and potential acquisitions
• Ensure operational excellence across manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering execution within the region
• Collaborate closely with global headquarters on capital allocation, technology roadmap, and other strategic topics

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior executive leadership role (Regional CEO, President, EVP, or equivalent) within a Tier 1 automotive supplier or comparable global industrial organisation
• Full P&L ownership at significant scale (typically $500M–$2B+ revenue responsibility)
• Proven leadership of multi-functional organisations including Sales, Operations, Engineering, and R&D
• Strong background in automotive systems, ideally within ADAS, autonomous driving, electrification, or advanced electronics
• Deep understanding of OEM supply chains and long-term platform-based programme development
• Strong commercial and technical credibility with experience delivering complex OEM contracts
• Track record of leading large, international, matrixed organisations through growth or transformation
• Ability to operate confidently at C-suite and board level with global OEM customers
• Strong strategic leadership capability combined with hands-on execution focus
• Proven ability to build high-performance leadership teams and scale regional businesses in competitive markets
