About the job:

We are seeking a motivated Quality Engineer to support quality assurance, inspection processes, manufacturing operations, and continuous improvement initiatives within a regulated medical device manufacturing environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity for early-career engineers to gain hands-on experience working with Quality, Manufacturing, Product Development, and Supplier Quality teams.


Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and improve inspection methods, quality procedures, and testing processes

• Support receiving, in-process, and final inspection activities to ensure product quality and compliance

• Assist with NCR investigations, nonconformance management, and corrective action activities

• Perform first article inspections, process validations, capability studies, and data analysis

• Partner with Manufacturing and Engineering teams to resolve quality issues and drive process improvements

• Support development of work instructions, inspection procedures, gauges, and testing methods

• Analyze quality trends and provide recommendations for continuous improvement initiatives

• Train production personnel on inspection techniques and quality requirements


Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or related Engineering discipline

• 0–2 years of Quality, Manufacturing, or Engineering experience

• Understanding of quality systems, inspections, and manufacturing processes

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
