Quality Assurance Analyst

The Opportunity

Visibly is seeking a meticulous and driven Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team as an owner of our B2B, SaaS platform for eyecare providers and retailers. We are looking for a "high-output" professional who is eager to own the end-to-end testing lifecycle for a platform redefining digital vision care.

As a member of the QA Team, you will be the final line of defense ensuring our clinical algorithms and SaaS infrastructure perform flawlessly for providers and patients. What You’ll Do

• Testing: Responsible for test plan development, including practical organization of individually runnable test sets to cover all requirements, traceability of test cases to all requirements
• Test Execution: Own the creation, organization, and execution of comprehensive test plans within JIRA and Xray.
• Platform Validation: Conduct rigorous functional, regression, and integration testing across our SaaS platform, focusing on both web UI and backend API reliability.
• Bug Lifecycle Management: Identify, document, and track defects with precision. You will work directly with our engineering teams to reproduce and resolve complex issues.
• Compliance & Documentation: Maintain the high standard of documentation required for HIPAA and FDA regulated environments, ensuring our testing logs are audit-ready with 100% requirements traceability for every feature release.
• Release Support: Support the release management process by providing clear, data-driven feedback based on test execution results.
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to streamline testing workflows and automations.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 2-4 years of professional QA experience, ideally within a SaaS or fast-growing startup environment.
• Technical Tooling: Direct experience using JIRA and Xray for test management is a core requirement.
• Meticulous Nature: An obsessive attention to detail. You take pride in finding the edge cases that others overlook.
• Technical Literacy: Comfortable using standard QA tooling
• High Autonomy: A self-starter who can take a feature requirement and build a robust test plan with minimal supervision and maintain accuracy during high-volume cycles.

Bonus If You Have It

• Regulated Environments: Previous experience in Healthtech, MedTech, or a similar regulated field (FDA, HIPAA, etc.).
• Automation Interest: Exposure to automated testing frameworks and advanced tooling (Playwright and Postman)
